Nearly 60% of millennials said in a Zillow survey released last year that they would be at least somewhat confident making an offer on a home after doing just a 3D-virtual tour. To give you an idea of how dramatic that number is, the same survey found just 23% of baby boomers would be at least somewhat confident in putting an offer on a house they’d only seen online.

Declutter, depersonalize and clean
